To improve our bug extermination efforts, we have decided to move to a Google Form that uses more comprehensive questions in a user-friendly way with supplemental instructions and additional methods to share screenshots/save files. So far this has had positive results! Thanks a bunch for reporting bugs, it helps us make the game better!
